Gifts of Securities

If you are interested in contributing securities (ie., stocks, mutual fund shares) to Damascus Road, you may do so by electronic transfer through your broker. Please fill out the appropriate form below, send a copy to your broker to authorize the transfer, and send a copy to Damascus Road (damascus@damascus.com) so that we can properly record your donation.

Gifts of Donor Advised Funds

If you would like to donate from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF), please ask your DAF representative to mail your donation to Damascus Road Community Church, 12826 Old National Pike, Mount Airy, MD 21771. Gifts of IRA Donations

If you choose to donate to Damascus Road directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA), you may benefit from the Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) provision. This allows individuals who have reached age 70 ½ to donate to charitable organizations directly from their IRA without treating the distribution as taxable income.
